Reservations must be made before you drop off your pet. For holidays and peak-season boarding, make reservations as soon as possible because space is limited and fills up quickly. A credit card is required to hold reservations of five or more days and all reservations during holiday periods.

A fee will be charged for any reservation cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled drop-off time. This fee is at least $15 and may be up to one-half of the charges for the reserved time.

Your cat may be dropped off and picked up between 9:00 and 7:00, Monday through Friday (excluding Wednesday), or between 9:00 and 12:00 noon on Saturday. Wednesday drop off or pickup is available by special arrangement only.

Proof of current vaccination and proof of leukemia testing are required for all boarders. For the safety of your cat and our other guests, cats who aren’t up to date on vaccinations and/or who haven’t been tested for leukemia will be vaccinated and/or tested for an additional fee.

All cats will be checked for fleas, ticks, and ear mites. If any are found, they will be treated for additional charge.

Your cat will receive premium cat food during his or her stay. If your cat requires a special diet, please bring enough food for the stay. Make sure all food and treats are labeled at drop off.

If your cat needs medications, we can administer them for a small additional fee per day (the fee varies depending on the number of times per day your cat gets medicine). Please bring all of your cat’s medicines to drop off with your cat. Instructions will be recorded at drop off. If meds are not provided and we have not seen your cat for the condition requiring medication, we will have to examine your cat (for an additional fee) before we can fill a prescription.

You are welcome to bring any toys, blankets, or personal items to make your cat feel more comfortable while at The Cat Clinic. Do make sure we record all your belongings at drop-off.

If your cat is not picked up by closing time, you will be charged for another day of boarding. If you need to extend your cat’s stay, please let us know as soon as possible.

If at any time during your cat’s stay they need special or emergency treatment, we will first attempt to contact you or your designated contact to inform you of the situation. You are responsible for any additional services or treatment your cat needs while boarding with us.
